A warm welcome

Hello and thank you for stopping by my blog.  The name of this blog is a summary of my life as a wife, mother, wannabe decorator and a lifelong learner about life.  I chose "The Other Side of the Net" because I am the wife of a full time baseball coach - so much of my time is spent on the other side of the net, watching, cheering, supporting. 

Through this blog I hope to inspire you in some way - just as I have been inspired by many creative blogs that I stalk daily.  I will share decorating projects with you as I continue to put my touch on our home, I will share delicious recipes that I have been given, or found along the way, and most of all I will share my life and the lessons I am continually learning along the way.
